King Paimon
King Paimon is one of the most prominent and powerful demons listed in the Ars Goetia, occupying the 9th position among the 72 demons of Solomon. He is described as a great king who is extremely obedient to Lucifer and appears with a mighty host of spirits. Paimon usually manifests as a man with an effeminate face, crowned with a glittering gold circlet, riding a dromedary (a type of camel), and accompanied by musicians playing trumpets, cymbals, and other instruments.
Paimon governs over 200 legions of spirits, both angelic and demonic. His primary domain is the dissemination of knowledge—especially in arts, science, philosophy, and hidden things. He teaches all manner of subjects, including secret sciences, natural philosophy, and occult wisdom. He can reveal hidden treasures and give answers about past, present, and future events with remarkable clarity.
