Some believe she is the spirit of a woman who died tragically in the area years ago, possibly a victim of foul play, forever wandering in search of justice or peace.
Despite the logical explanations—hallucination, fatigue, or simply urban fear—the stories continue. Cab drivers, especially, avoid the Cantonment stretch after midnight.
